EJIDIKE CONGRATULATES SUPER FALCONS.. lauds NFF over victory
Nigeria’s Pillar Of Sports, Chief Donatus Agu Ejidike has congratulated the Super Falcons for beating host Cameroon, 1-0 in the final of the African Women Championship.
Ejidike expressed his happiness over the victory by the Falcons, stating that it was indicative of the zeal and passion in the average Nigerian, to succeed at all times against all odds.
“I am particularly glad that our girls lived up to the expectations of soccer loving Nigerians by retaining the cup,” he said.
“And coming at this time of our national life, l congratulate the girls and the coaches for making us happy and also, for giving Nigerians a most deserving Christmas gift, ” Ejidike who also doubles as the President of the Karate Federation of Nigeria, enthused.

He further lauded the efforts of the Nigeria Football Federation in ensuring that the team was well motivated and supported going into the championship.
The triumph of the team, makes it a record eight time Nigeria has won the championship in ten editions.
