COACH GODWIN NOSIKE JOINS RANGERS FC TO ASSIST OGUNBOTE

Former Warri Wolves assistant coach and erstwhile Rangers, Spartans and Bendel United midfield general, Godwin Nosike has been engaged by the management of Rangers International F.C to assist technical adviser, Olugbenga Ogunbote.

The combative midfielder in his playing days was introduced to the players and other coaches by the technical adviser, Wednesday, after a training session.

Coach Nosike who was amongst coach Paul Aigbogun’ assistants when he held sway at the Warri side especially on the continental scene, said after the introduction, “It gives me great joy to be called upon to give what I have to the team I love with all my heart. I sincerely believe that we a united sense of purpose, we can take Rangers to where it rightly belongs which is the top.”

The seven time Nigerian league champions, will this weekend engage neighbours, Heartland F.C in an ‘Oriental Derby’ in a re-scheduled NPFL Match Day 23 fixture slated for the main bowl of Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium, Enugu.
